ANN ARBOR, MI — Ann Arbor is now only a few months away from starting a major construction project to widen and rehabilitate the East Medical Center Drive bridge.

City Council voted 10-0 Monday, Dec. 18, to approve a roughly $10 million construction contract for the project that’s been years in the making and has been controversial.
