SAGINAW, MI — After besting his primary election opponent, William Federspiel will face a cross-county law enforcer in a bid to retain his position as the Saginaw County sheriff.
Voters will decide between the Democrat and his Republican opponent, Zilwaukee Police Chief Jason Wise, in the Tuesday, Nov. 5, general election.
