GENESEE COUNTY, MI -- The only certainty in the race for Genesee County commissioner in District 9 is that voters are getting a new representative.
Republican Brian K. Flewelling faces Democrat Wendy Wolcott in the Nov. 5 general election to represent Forest Township, Otisville, Genesee Township, Richfield Township, Davison, and a portion of Davison Township.
