Tier Credits are the other piece of the loyalty program at Caesars Sportsbook. You start off in the Gold Tier, which scales up to Platinum Tier, Diamond Tier, Diamond Plus Tier, Diamond Elite Tier, and maxes out at Seven Stars Tier, which is invitation only. Each Tier contains more special offers for sportsbook, hotel, dining, shopping, entertainment, and exclusive access benefits. 

Tier Credits renew annually and determine your Tier Status, which provides many more benefits and perks compared to redeeming Reward Credits earned through placing wagers at Caesars Sportsbook. However, it takes $50,000 on straight bets per year, or $25,000 on parlays, to redeem enough Rewards Credits into a $50 bonus bet credit.

This makes the loyalty program an extremely high threshold to reach, so the vast majority of sports bettors at Caesars Sportsbook are unlikely to ascend Tiers to experience the full benefits that Caesars Rewards offers.

The Bets tab is self-explanatory, giving you the option to toggle between Open Bets and Settled Bets. Filter between all of your open bets, cash out bets, straight bets, and parlays, as well as by date and by status for your settled bets, including filters for won, lost, void, canceled, and cashed out. Simply click on the Live tab, showing the number of live sporting events in red, and toggle to your preferred betting market to place a wager on your preferred betting line, bet type, and odds. Live betting lines tend to fluctuate based on every play in a game, so sports bettors like to use this to buy low on a team or player favored to win who may be losing, acquiring good value with plus odds.

FireBets is a streamlined way to bet on live-in-game markets at Caesars Sportsbook. It applies to NBA, NFL, NCAAF, NCAAM, and MLB events and allows you to expedite betting on certain live-in-game betting lines within the same area of the mobile app, so bet play-by-play and down-by-down in select games with this tool.

Caesars Sportsbook offers a variety of odds boosts to wager across select betting markets. Located next to the Live betting market icon on both the horizontal and vertical menu scrollers, you can click on the Boosts button to get longer odds on certain betting lines. Currently, you can bet on Xander Schauffele to win the gold medal at the Olympics, boosted from +550 to +650 odds. There’s also a futures odds boost for college football called Great Eights Boost, which is available to bet at +1200 odds, by backing North Carolina, Kentucky, and USC to each record over 7.5 regular season wins in 2024.

Live streaming at Caesars Sportsbook is exclusively available for NFL games. Whenever an NFL game is underway, as long as you have funds in your online sportsbook account, you can access this live streaming feature on the Caesars Sportsbook mobile app.

Fun Fact: You can break down Quick Pick parlays into straight or round robin bet types after adding a Quick Pick parlay to your betslip at Caesars Sportsbook. 

Caesars Sportsbook has quite a few diverse betting markets available to wager, including the Olympics. However, it’s still a bit more limited compared to some other online sportsbook operators in Michigan’s marketplace.

Despite only 20 betting markets being available to wager at Caesars Sportsbook, several of these contain several subsequent betting markets for the same sport. 

For example, Auto breaks down into NASCAR, Formula 1, Xfinity Series, Truck Series, and IndyCar. Olympics is comprised of over two dozen subsequent betting markets, ranging from archery and BMX cycling, to trampoline and water polo. 

Most of these niche betting markets only offer futures bets and outright winners, but some markets, depending on if it’s a team sport or individual sport, also offer moneyline, point spread, and totals, like field hockey.

Fun Fact: You cannot change your withdrawal method to a different banking option until that second banking option is used as a deposit method at Caesars Sportsbook. 

The customer support services at Caesars Sportsbook offer a variety of methods to gain help for a wide-range of requests. Here is my experience using the available customer support channels on the mobile app, which is also available on the desktop site. 

The Contact Us channel lists several contact methods, with links to the Live Chat feature, a request form to submit to a customer support agent, as well as Caesars Sportsbook’s phone line to call. 

I found all of these customer support channels to be helpful with locating specific questions in a short amount of time.
