WASHTENAW COUNTY, MI — A Washtenaw County landfill near some Northville-area neighborhoods is nearing the end of its capacity, and the firm operating it wants to expand.
Pushback from residents who oppose the landfill is expected to intensify as these plans, which could take years, come together.
