GRAND RAPIDS, MI - A Democratic incumbent is vying to keep their seat on the Kent County Board of Commissioners in the Nov. 5 general election.

Commissioner Michelle McCloud will face Republican Information technology (IT) analyst Nick Prill for the 13th District seat. The district represents the northeast corner of Wyoming and a western portion of Kentwood.
