KENT COUNTY, MI – An incumbent Kent County commissioner faces a Democratic challenger to represent Grand Rapids and Plainfield townships.

Republican Kent County District 11 Commissioner Lindsey Thiel is running to keep her seat against Democrat Alyssa Joy Arnemann for the Nov. 5 general election.
