Saginaw County election results for Aug. 6, 2024

SAGINAW, MI — The polls closed at 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 6, for the primary election in Saginaw County, and some results will begin arriving shortly after.

Voters weighed in on primary races for several political offices as well as millage proposals and renewals.

Watch below for the unofficial results for all the contested elections that appeared on Saginaw County ballots. For local races, unofficial winners will be set in bold.

Saginaw County elections officials said they plan to provide the complete results for Saginaw County-exclusive ballot items to the public likely sometime after midnight.

However, early results for some of the races that overlap with other counties could arrive before the Saginaw County results are uploaded. Those races include the primary elections for the U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, and state House seats that represent Saginaw County and other Michigan communities.

Election officials consider the initial election results as an unofficial tally. Official results will follow the certification process from state and county election officials.
