The pain in Sharon Cornell’s abdomen wasn’t going away, and her caretakers weren’t listening.
She kept telling staff members at Mission Point Nursing & Physical Rehabilitation of Clarkston that she was in severe pain and needed to go to the hospital, according to her husband, David Cornell, but they told her no.
