Man accused of starting fatal house fire with kerosene found guilty but mentally ill

JACKSON, MI – A man accused of intentionally starting a fire that led to the death of another man will not be going to trial.

Christopher Michael Wright was found guilty by mental illness Oct. 17 of manslaughter and second-degree arson following an analysis by the state-rub Center for Forensic Psychiatry.
