ANN ARBOR, MI - An Ann Arbor group continues to advocate against putting the path of a University of Michigan elevated transit project through Nichols Arboretum.

The “Save the Arb” petition, currently with more than 1,200 signatures, seeks to keep the automated transit system, proposed in the university’s Campus Plan 2050, from going through the arboretum’s peony garden and Schoolgirls’ Glen.
