New York Islanders vs. Detroit Red Wings Betting Prediction

This should certainly be an interesting game. Both teams could use a win early in the season to keep pace with the top teams in the Eastern Conference. For Detroit, they were not quite ready for the slow start to the 2024 season. The Red Wings are going to want to get their offense going, as they are scoring just 2.8 goals per game. The defense is allowing 3.4 per game. Fortunately for them, they are playing an Islanders team that has struggled to score all season. They are scoring 2.6 goals per game.

Look for a low scoring affair on Long Island. This has the makings of a 3-2 type game, where the under comes through for us.

Bet the under 5.5 goals in the Red Wings/Islanders affair on Tuesday. When push comes to shove, I am taking the New York Islanders, at home. Bet the Islanders at -140 at one of top Michigan sports betting site, FanDuel.
