SAGINAW TOWNSHIP, MI — In a rematch from a tight election race two years ago, Commissioner Rich Spitzer will face Tarsha Works to keep his seat on the Saginaw County Board of Commissioners.
Spitzer, a Republican, defeated the Democrat in November 2022 for the District 3 seat by 110 votes. Spitzer won, 4,152 to 4,042.
