We are entering the era of comfort foods and soups. But I had to try one more dish that has been on my list all summer long: the Boudin Ball.
If you have not been on social media, this is a teen’s dream!
Beef, rice and cheese are rolled into a meatball, coated with Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, and deep fried.

Apparently, Jovonte Byrd.
“My focus is to bring the food that we love (on social media) to life, with a twist,” Byrd said.
Now, I’ve written about how his meatloaf had me in a chokehold. You can’t find meatloaf around here.
But this was different.

This has been on my timeline and TikTok this entire year! I have been waiting on someone locally to do it. Grab-n-Trap did it. Thanks to Byrd, who has a gift for creating cuisines.
